01 / TERMSAbout these terms

These terms describe the use of wititech.com and the general basis on which Wititech discusses and provides services. Please read them together with your accepted proposal, statement of work or service agreement. A website enquiry alone does not create a paid engagement.

For a service project, the scope, fees, responsibilities and any specific conditions must be confirmed in writing. If an accepted project agreement differs from these general terms, that agreement takes priority for the relevant project, subject to applicable law.

02 / TERMSWebsite use

You may use this website to learn about our services and contact us for legitimate business enquiries. Do not misuse forms, submit unlawful or misleading material, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the website or its security.

Website information may be updated. Service availability and suitability are confirmed during discussion; descriptions on this site are not a commitment to provide every listed service in every location.

03 / TERMSProposals, scope & changes

Your written proposal should identify deliverables, exclusions, fees, estimated milestones, revision limits and the responsibilities of each party. Work outside that scope requires an agreed change, which may affect cost and timing.

Package descriptions and starting prices are indicative unless confirmed in your accepted proposal. Cross-posted content is not additional unique content, and reels count within the agreed content totals where stated.

04 / TERMSFees, payments & third-party costs

The accepted proposal or invoice specifies the currency, payment schedule, any deposit and applicable charges. We confirm any recurring billing arrangement before it begins.

Advertising spend, hosting, domains, software licences, subscriptions, paid assets, equipment, travel and on-site installation are separate unless expressly included. Any late-payment consequences or service suspension arrangements must be stated in the project agreement; this page does not impose an automatic late fee.

05 / TERMSClient materials, access & approvals

Please provide accurate information, suitable source materials, required access and timely feedback. You are responsible for having permission to use materials you supply and for approving business claims, offers and final content before publication.

Use appropriate named accounts and permissions where available. Do not send passwords through public contact forms. Delayed materials, approvals or access may require revised milestones.

06 / TERMSTimelines, revisions & acceptance

Delivery dates depend on the agreed scope, dependencies and approval process. We discuss material changes to timing with you. Revision rounds, review periods and acceptance criteria should be recorded in the project agreement.

New functionality, additional pages, changed creative direction or extra production may require a separate quote. Ongoing maintenance and support are included only to the extent expressly agreed.

07 / TERMSService-specific boundaries

Marketing results depend on factors such as your offer, budget, audience, competition and platform decisions. We do not guarantee rankings, sales, leads or advertising returns. Reels generally require suitable client-supplied footage; filming and licensed assets are separately scoped.

Remote operations coverage depends on agreed hours, channels and workload. IT response expectations, supported systems and backup or recovery tasks must be defined. On-site office and security work depends on location, survey findings and availability. Round-the-clock support, continuous monitoring and guaranteed data recovery or incident prevention are not default inclusions.

08 / TERMSOwnership & third-party services

Your existing materials and accounts remain yours. Ownership or licensing of newly created deliverables, source files and reusable components, and any conditions for transfer, are set out in the project agreement.

Third-party software, fonts, stock media, platforms and equipment remain subject to their own licences, terms and warranties. Their availability, pricing, approval decisions and features may change. Permission to feature your project publicly should be agreed separately.

09 / TERMSPrivacy & confidential information

Our Privacy Policy explains how information submitted through this website is handled. Project-specific confidentiality, access and data-handling requirements should be agreed before sensitive information is shared.

Share only the information needed for the work. Any processing arrangements or additional safeguards required for your project should be documented in the service agreement.

10 / TERMSPauses, cancellations & refunds

Please contact us in writing if you need to pause or cancel work. The project agreement should explain notice periods, work already completed, committed third-party costs, handover and how any unused prepaid amounts are handled.

There is no blanket non-refundable rule on this page. Cancellation and refund handling depends on the agreed terms and applicable legal rights. Discuss concerns promptly so that we can review the work and seek a practical resolution.

11 / TERMSResponsibilities & applicable rights

Any project-specific warranties, liability arrangements or dispute procedures must be stated in the accepted agreement and remain subject to applicable law. Nothing on this page excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If an issue arises, contact us with the project details and the outcome you are seeking so that we can review it with you.

12 / TERMSUpdates & contact

We may update these website terms and will display the latest update date here. Updating this page does not automatically amend an existing accepted project agreement; material project changes should be agreed in writing.
